Dusky and the Tail Monster

Okay, my cat just hissed at her own tail. She's the only cat I've ever met that chases her tail like a dog, and this time, she not only caught it when she pounced, she swore like a sailor. After scaring away the threatening Tail O' Doom, she was able to sleep soundly:

Unfortunately, upon awakening, she realized that the Tail Was Back!

Dammit.
