In our family, the Christmas Uncertainty Principle applies to both brothers and fathers. The more you know about the exact distance from home of said male, the less you know about his ETA. The more certain you become of his ETA, the less you know of his distance from home.
Allow me to illustrate. Currently, my brother and father are in Vegas and Tokyo, respectively. When are they coming home? I have no idea.
However, when each was on a plane over, I knew their arrival time to the nearest five minutes. But I couldn't have told you where they were.
So wags the world away.
